This airy, relaxing space has everything! Get a great night's rest, whip up a fantastic meal, and park worry and cost free just a few steps away from your front door!

Your kitchen is equipped to support complex/multi course meals. It even has a nifty convertible dining table with seating for six.

For those folks on a working holiday there are two desks, each with a comfy rolling office chair, power strips to accommodate all of your devices, and blazing fast internet.

The Property:

This property is a tidy little three-unit community nestled within the vibrant, urban, gentrifying neighborhood of Mt. Hope.

Mt. Hope is home to a lively mix of every culture imaginable, complete with all makes and models of humanity. The vast majority of the neighborhood is comprised of hard working families, yet the people-watching never gets boring!

Your space is the front half of a duplex and shares the living room wall with lovely, kind, hardworking folks who have rented from us for years.

Steps away and just across the street you will find an incredible taqueria (get the Birria queso taco!!!), a yummy pizza and ice-cream shop, and delish BBQ joint. Right around the corner is a welcoming neighborhood bodega, and a few blocks in either direction are churches and flower shops galore!

You are smack dab in between every major highway and thoroughfare, minutes from the airport and super easy access to all of San Diego's favorite attractions!

Best of all, you have two dedicated off-street parking spaces just steps from your front porch.

Guest Access:

In addition to your front porch, with full size washer and dryer, this space has a front courtyard that is exclusively for your use.
Your two dedicated, off-street parking spaces identified in white paint with '620 A.'
Parking can be a little snug, especially if you have a large vehicle, so please be cautious when pulling in/out as well as remaining aware of the long-term tenants' ability to access their parking spots.

In order to ensure all guests remain comfy, please note:

No smoking within your bungalow or anywhere on premises.

The plumbing is antique. Please only flush TP. Even 'flushable' wipes need to go in the bin or we will all suffer the consequences.

Super loud parties that go late into the night are a no-no, but please feel free to share the space with trusted folks who will treat the bungalow and courtyard as their own. Be respectful of your neighbors, but enjoy yourselves!

The grey garbage can goes on the street Tuesday for a Wed pickup.

The blue recycle bin goes out Thurs for a Fri pickup.

Finally: SAND...

Yes, the beach is incredible but sand is a nightmare! For beach days, please only use the beach towels available in your linen closet. Shake those suckers out before bringing them in or tossing them in the laundry.
Before re-entering, please use the hose in your courtyard to rinse off as best as humanly possible.
Some residual sand is totally understandable but please do your best to remove as much as possible.
