Each of the properties we host, while unique, were chosen because they provide us with an escape to reconnect, enjoy nature and the local vibe. Check In: 3PM - Flexible

You will enter the house with the keypad with access code 2754. On the front door two random numbers will light up, push those then enter the code. On the side door hit the Yale button, then enter the code.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 6

House Rules

- No fires outside when it is windy.
- If you use the gas grill, after use/cool down please put the cover back on. At the end of your stay or if it is very windy, please re-strap it to the railing since it can tip over with high winds.
- No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, but please use the ashtray.
- Please leave the house as you found it (run the dishwasher and wash/put away all other dishes, take out the garbage etc). Garbage cans should be placed at the curb on Sunday.
- No parties please. The house is in a residential neighborhood, and while the houses are spread out we ask that you are respectful to those around you.
- 2 potty trained, well-behaved, pets only please. Please use the provided dog bags to clean up after them.
- More than 2 pet or 6 human guests and any other special requests must be approved by host prior to booking.

50% 45 days before stay

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 45 days prior to check-in. After that, 80% refund of total reservation amount up to 30 days prior to check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in.
