Centrally located in Holly Springs, Waterfront Wonder is the perfect spot for a weekend away or for those checking out the RTP area! Take in the incredible lakefront views from the new deck, listen to the birds sing, or fish right out of the back yard gate. The neighborhood is quiet, and houses are spread out to allow peace and privacy without losing the neighborhood feel.

Tranquil, lake views tempt you to rock away the day in the hammock or enjoy a game of bocce. Let your pets and kids stretch their legs in the large, fenced yard and spend your nights curled up the fire.

The house was designed with both short and long term guests in mind, providing all the essentials and amenities (and some you didn’t know you needed!).
