Welcome to Eastside Sunshine!
Truly one of a kind renovated historical home located in Eastside near downtown Pensacola.
This home features many modern upgrades in addition to the original 1918 character include soaring 10' high ceilings, large windows throughout and original heart pine floors. Inviting large open concept living space connects the living area to a stunning kitchen and dining space. Spread out in three bedrooms with comfy beds and an updated bathroom with walk in shower. Home has a unique comfortable feel with vintage furniture & artwork including several antiques and original art.

Sunshine has a private backyard featuring a deck, and hammock under the palm trees. Landscape features native live oaks, cameleas, bamboo and azaleas. Grill out on the deck or head over to Palafox St and enjoy everything downtown has to offer or hop in the car and enjoy the scenic 15 minute drive across the bay to the famous emerald water and sugar sand of Pensacola Beach. Located just 1 mile from Pensacola Bay Center.

Save money when traveling by preparing your own meals in the beautiful kitchen. Swing by the nearby Publix or Maria's Fresh Seafood Market or a head downtown to Everman's Co-Op. Perfect for business travelers!

Eastside Sunshine features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including dishes, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster, coffee maker, bar ware and stemware. We also have a full size washer and dryer you may use.

This is a no smoking home. Guests may smoke outside but we ask that butts be disposed of in the ash tray.

We have chairs, beach towels, and a cooler you may borrow. We just ask that you return them clean, sand free and dry. There's a propane BBQ pit out back.

Other things to note
Please note, MLK is a main street so there's a potential for noise. We recognize that the urban downtown location may not be ideal for everyone so please keep that in mind.

We think the Florida climate, the secluded area and the giant lush trees and vegetation that surround the house are really cool. Even though we're next to downtown the house is mostly surrounded by wooded lots. The trade off is that it's not unusual to see weird bugs and small animals outside around the yard. Obviously we only want to observe wildlife outside the house but you may encounter an occasional spider, beetle, lizard, etc especially if the doors are left open for any amount of time.

The house is old but we have made upgrades and improvements you will be glad to find in a historical 100+ year old home. House has all new plumbing as well as new electrical panel and fixtures. It boasts a beautiful new kitchen, full size washer and dryer and high speed internet.

We do offer discounts for bookings longer than a week. Those discounts will automatically be calculated.

You may encounter some things with the house that aren't perfect but the feedback we've received has been positive so we hope you will forgive our flaws.
