Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire villa, its grounds, private pool, and terraces. The only exceptions are a locked utility room and a small set of stairs used by our gardener and pool maintenance team for service access.

Damage protection: Choose the optional $59 accidental-damage waiver at checkout, or a refundable $1,500 security deposit, subject to the rental agreement. The waiver replaces the deposit; you do not pay both. If you do not select the waiver, we send a deposit-hold request close to check-in. The hold is released after checkout, less eligible documented charges. For one-night stays, the waiver option is unavailable; the refundable deposit is required. A private rental agreement is required after booking.
