Flip Flops and Tank Tops - Rotonda West

We are close to Boca Grande Beach and Englewood beach, and other SW Florida beaches like Blind Pass or Venice Beach are just a few minutes further north of us. Golf courses are plentiful, as are nearby local shops and restaurants.

Come relax and enjoy the peaceful serenity of your very own slice of heaven in our oasis near the beach. Drink coffee and eat breakfast outside under our large covered lanai by the screened in pool while listening to the birds sing with a view of the freshwater canal.

You will be staying in our brand new, three bedroom, two bath home with a split, open floor plan in the Pine Valley section of Rotonda. Maximum is 6 guests, but we will consider up to 8 if requested. We also have a separate den for anyone who needs a dedicated desk and space to work remotely (the den is also equipped with a pull out queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress). Our home is located on a freshwater canal at the very end of a dead-end street with little to no traffic in a very quiet neighborhood.

***We are a smoke free, pet free home.*** Sorry, no exceptions. Minimum age to rent is 25. We require that Guest accept the terms of our rental agreement electronically, and for Guests to provide copies of all adults photo identification within 48 hours of booking.

THE BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king bed, tray ceilings, a ceiling fan, a 55" smart TV, its own private entrance to the pool via a large door wall, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a seat.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a large window with a view of the lanai/pool area, a walk-in closet and a 40" smart TV.

Bedroom 3 has a twin bed and a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a 40" smart TV.

If you need space for 2 more guests, the den has a queen sized sleeper sofa with a very comfortable memory foam mattress.

THE LANAI AND POOL AREA:

Relax outside on our comfortable chairs or eat dinner at our large patio table under our covered lanai. The saltwater pool is heated to 86 degrees (higher for an extra charge) and we also have an adjacent hot tub for you to relax in at your leisure, heated to 102 (higher for an extra charge).

The freshwater canal behind the house is full of Florida wildlife and well stocked with fish. We ask that you respect nature and not bother or feed the alligators if you see them, and catch and release all fish if you desire to do some fishing while here. Feel free to sit on the dock and just take in mother nature.

The sparkling salt water pool is heated with an adjoining hot tub for you to sit and enjoy an adult beverage after a long day at the beach or golf course.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the things you will need to prepare anything from a quick meal to a gourmet meal, including a coffee pot that has a Keurig and a brewing pot.

We provide local channels on all TVs. Each TV is a smart TV so that you can log into your own cable streaming service.
