This bright guest studio sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 queen foam beds; one on main floor and 2nd located in loft area with staircase. Wonderful large windows and vaulted ceiling in the living room / dining area splash sunshine through-out.

The fully equipped kitchen has oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and Mr Coffee makers, coffee grinder, and full size refrigerator. Please bring your own favorite K-pods.

Full bathroom with walk-in shower is situated next to laundry room.

Private hot tub is located right off the guest entrance.

Located within minutes from Bend and Sisters for great shopping, brew pubs, and variety of restaurants and food trucks. Check-out "The Bite" brew pub and food trucks in Tumalo and "The Barn" in Sisters. Another great spot for food and drinks is Sisters Coffee in Sisters.

Close to Deschutes river access at Twin bridges Loop and Tumalo State Park for floating the river, great hiking and biking trails at Tumalo reservoir, Cline Falls butte, old Tumalo canal and many more. Ask us for recommendations.

Bring your Mountain Bikes for nearby Peterson Ridge Trail system with miles of family friendly bike trails mixed with more technical runs.

We have four friendly dogs and cat who are fenced in their own area and will bark their greeting when you arrive. They are kept indoors at night, so there is no barking between 10pm and 6am.

Please drive-in slowly when you arrive as our chickens and ducks might be free-ranging

The wood stove is only for aesthetics as the guest suite has ductless heating for cold nights.
