FRISCO TOWN HOME RULES: *Please thoroughly read the entire listing description and house rules before booking* As your dedicated host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories while staying in our Frisco Townhome. We would truly appreciate if you can follow these house rules and confirm they have been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! - No parties or events allowed. The townhome and private yard areas are not to be used as a meeting place for large family reunions, parties or any other type of meetings. - No unregistered guests allowed or 3rd party bookings. Our home has space for eight overnight registered guests (maximum). Please let us know if you are planning to have an additional daytime guest(s). - The unit will be very clean upon your arrival, and we ask that you leave it clean on your departure. If a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged. - Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. - Please do not re-arrange the furniture. - NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property OR outside on FRONT PORCH or SIDE YARD. - PETS: only 2 pets are allowed (please no aggressive dogs). We will consider allowing 3 small dogs; please inform us at time of booking. There is a $50/trip pet fee. - Please respect Quiet Times: 10PM-7AM - Please start a load of dirty towels in the washer before check-out. - Please load and run the dishwasher with any dirty dishes before checkout. - Please take the trash out before you leave. Place trash bags in dumpsters behind the townhome in alley – access through side yard / fence gate. - Garbage disposal: we kindly ask guests to dispose of food in the available trash can to avoid a clogged drain. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE VACATED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Please respect check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) times. - For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances such as hair straighteners switched on when not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. A fire extinguisher is provided in the kitchen area. ** VIOLATION FEES Violation of house rules may result in your booking being cancelled immediately without refund - Extra guest penalty: $100 per extra guest not recorded on your confirmed reservation guest number. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS - Unauthorized party/gathering fee: $700 - Unauthorized pet fee: $300 - Noise complaint fee (After first warning): $100 per complaint - Indoor smoking fee: $500 - Late checkout fee: $50 per 30 minutes after checkout time Other Things to Note: - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are unopened or not empty. We try to ensure consumables are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for these consumables. - The home is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. However please understand the area is NOT CHILD-PROOF.
