The apartment is spacious, and the size of a small house at 1,100 square feet; it can easily accommodate a family.

There are two main entrances: 1 through the living room and 1 through the kitchen. The living room has an ornamental fireplace with a tv stand next to it. The kitchen has plenty of cooking basics: regular pots and pans, cast iron and copper pots and pans as well.

Both the kitchen and living room connect to the dining room, which is currently set up as a game room with arcade games and a golf trainer.

The dining room leads to a short hallway with the small bedroom on the left and master bedroom on the right. The small bedroom is outfitted with a gamer chair, filing cabinet and paper shredder. The master bedroom has a large dresser for clothes.

The living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, small bedroom, master bedroom and spare lot are all available for guest use.

The property’s sunroom is currently being remodeled and unavailable.
