This sweet little house is located minutes from Toledo in historic Lambertville. It’s 480 sq ft with 1 bedroom/1 bath and open concept. Perfect for the business traveler, individuals or couples. Tiny house on wheels in the backyard. Your booking is for the main home, not tiny house. Large delightful backyard with fire pit, gazebo & hammocks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

It’s decorated with eye pleasing colors, a cozy electric fireplace and Large TV with 30 channel basic cable. Guests can also access their own Netflix, etc.,. The backyard is a delightful space with a Firepit, hammocks, gazebo with table/chairs and lights hanging from the trees in case you want to have that romantic dinner outdoors. There is also a tiny house parked in the backyard and while not accessible to guests it adds to the charm of the backyard. ~ Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Per our insurance no outside visitors allowed on property.
~ NO PETS. We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged. If the animal is left alone in the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights.
~ NO SMOKING.

We live in the neighborhood and can be available if needed.
