It’s has a backyard with covered porch and a fire pit. It’s located in a nice neighborhood that’s close to Sylvania, the mall and restaurants.

~ Maximum occupancy is 1 person. Per our insurance no outside visitors allowed on property.

~ NO PETS. We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged. If the animal is left alone in the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights.

~ NO SMOKING.
