The "Pebble Beach of the East," Tidewater Plantation's golf course has been named among Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Places You Can Play in the United States" and ranked one of the "Top 75 Resorts in America" by Golf Digest, and after one round you will know why. Holes 3,4, 12 and 13 are arguably the some of prettiest holes in South Carolina. In addition to the inlet, Tidewater plays along the Intracoastal Water and offers a majestic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 13th green. Additional amenities include walking distance to the Tidewater Clubhouse (5-10 minute walk), the large Community Pool with pool chairs and tables, kiddie pool, hot tub, a tennis facility, fitness center, and walking trails within Tidewater's wooded and tranquil surroundings.

Our Villa:

Our 2nd story unit sits right above the 10th green with stunning views from living room and deck overlooking a beautiful lake. The perfect location for a morning cup of coffee! Vaulted ceilings and an open floor concept, the condo has 3 large bedrooms all with full bathrooms with wifi and cable included. The master bedroom includes 1 king bed with vaulted ceiling and a customized closet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a separate bathroom. Third bedroom has a double bed along with a high quality air mattress for additional sleeping capabilities. Each bedroom has flat screen TV and ceiling fans. Full size washer and dryer also included. Enjoy the open living space with a large sofa and full kitchen. Relax on the newly redone deck, while enjoying the panoramic views in front of you. This condo is a great vacation spot for family, friends, golfers and beach goers. The short walk to the large community pool and clay tennis courts, 5 minute drive to charming Cherry Grove, and 7 minute drive to the beach makes you only minutes away while being able to come back to the peace and tranquility of Tidewater.
