You have access to the entire condo with the exception of 1 locked owner's closet.

Other things to note

• 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking lot

• A parking pass will be provided inside the unit and must be displayed inside the vehicle at all times while parked

• RV, motorcycle, and golf cart parking is not allowed on-site

• On the rare occasion the parking lot gets full, there is an Elliot Rentals overflow parking lot you can use on Sea Mountain Hwy (401 Sea Mountain Hwy)—it’s about 1,000 ft past there.
