The master suite, located just beyond the dining room, offers a king-sized bed, a work desk with views of the backyard, and a smart TV. The connected bathroom boasts a unique shower (no tub).

On the opposite side of the house, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with two XL twin beds, which can be easily converted into a king. This side of the house also includes a second full bathroom with a tub.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, featuring a tiled patio, a dining table for 6, and a luxurious sauna for ultimate relaxation. A two-car garage is also available for your convenience.

This home is located just 12 blocks from Downtown Sanford, 4 blocks from Historic Venue 1902, and a 15-minute drive to the Boombah Sports Complex.

The entire property, house, and garage are all yours (except one small locked supply closet).

It’s a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. Only 5 blocks from Historic Venue 1902, for those that will be in town for a wedding. About 13 blocks to downtown Sanford, and a 12 minute drive to the Boombah Sports Complex.

Downtown Sanford is very safe and walkable. Rent a golf cart or drive downtown, there’s lots of parking!

- This house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is not suitable for loud parties. Please let us know if you'd like to invite additional guests for a small, quiet get-together.

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need more space. Let us know!

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note - early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
