On the other side of the living room are two additional bedrooms, each equipped with two extra-long twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king bed if desired. The second full bathroom with a tub is conveniently located by these 2 bedrooms.

The highlight of this home is the converted garage—a retro game room packed with fun! Enjoy basketball free-throw, skeeball, and vintage arcade games to keep everyone entertained for hours.

Outside, the fully-fenced backyard offers a dining table and a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. This home is designed for fun, comfort, and unforgettable memories!

- This house is right next to our sister listing "The Billiard." Book both homes if you need more space! We have a number of other homes within a few blocks as well.

- Please note that our "No Parties" policy can be waved in certain circumstances, but prior approval is absolutely required. Please contact us if you'd like to host a kid's get-together, and we will do our best to make it happen!

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
