Sanford Long-term Stay - Sanford

This house is new (construction was finished in 2021). It is bright and sunny, and has an open floor-plan and 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms.

The main bedroom suite has a king bed, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. With versatile bedrooms, everyone is sure to be comfy: two of the bedrooms can set up as either a king or 2 twin XL beds. The 4th bedroom is set up as an office, but the couch folds out to a twin-size bed, and a mattress topper is provided so it can be comfy for our long-term guests. A spare twin folding cot bed is also provided.

The entire space is yours: house, garage, and yard.

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, about 15 blocks from downtown Sanford. Sanford is very drivable and walkable. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants. And only 10 minutes to the Sanford Airport.

Plenty of parking at the house for multiple cars. You'll have full use of the 2 car garage. Sanford is very drivable and walkable.

- The home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, and we have no intention of bothering our neighbors. Please note that noise or other complaints are unacceptable.

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know!

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
