Lake McQueeney is currently down due to ongoing dam repairs, and there is no water or lake access at this time. The dam project is expected to be completed by Summer 2026, when the lake will be restored and ready once again for boating, skiing, fishing, and all your favorite water activities 🌊🎿🎣

This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the peaceful setting, spacious accommodations, and beautiful property at a more relaxed pace. The home remains perfect for family gatherings, holidays, retreats, New Braunfels adventures, and cozy Hill Country getaways 🏡🌅 With a large patio, fire pit, grill, gated yard, multiple living spaces, and room for 15 guests, there is still plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and make special memories.

Guests have full access to the home and property to relax and enjoy their stay. Please note that the boat and jet ski lifts are not available for guest use. Thank you for your understanding!

We are local and readily available should any questions or needs arise during your stay. At the same time, we fully respect your privacy and want you to relax and enjoy the home without interruption

Lake McQueeney is currently down due to ongoing dam repairs, and there is no water or lake access at this time. The dam project is expected to be completed by Summer 2026, when the lake will be restored and ready once again for boating, skiing, fishing, and all your favorite water activities 🌊🎿🎣

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
