Pool heating, fire bowls and the fire pit use propane and are available for an additional fee; these charges are not included in the nightly rate.

## A Note About Privacy

Summit Sunsets is an elevated guesthouse on the same property as the owners' main home. The owners live separately, with their own private entrance and outdoor living area.

You have exclusive use of the swimming pool and designated outdoor guest amenities, which are not shared with the owners or other guests. Both homes enjoy the sweeping views across the surrounding valley and yard, so the setting is open rather than completely screened from view.

**Security cameras:** Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and entrance areas. An additional rear camera provides a wide view of the pool and surrounding outdoor area, as required by our insurance company. The cameras are not actively monitored, and footage is accessed only if a concern or incident arises. There are no cameras inside the guesthouse.

## Discover the Texas Hill Country

Summit Sunsets is ideally placed for exploring the region while giving you a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Visit historic Gruene for live music, browse local boutiques, spend time tubing or kayaking on the Guadalupe River, or enjoy boating and swimming at Canyon Lake. Local wineries, scenic drives, cycling routes and other Hill Country attractions offer plenty of ways to make your stay your own.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a romantic getaway or simply looking to escape the pace of everyday life, Summit Sunsets offers a comfortable base for enjoying the best of the Texas Hill Country.
