As everywhere else Smoking is STRICKLY forbidden. You will be charged $250 if you smoke in the room in order to wash and deodorize and remove smoke from every inch of the room. (We DO NOT accept reservations checking in or checking out on Saturday. Due to a know glitch in the airbnb reservation system if the system allows you to book the reservation arriving or departing on a Saturday there will be an additional $68 surcharge due at check in) Guest is responsible for any property damage incurred during stay. Quiet time is 10:00pm WiFi: Unforgettable View Password: InnGuest Breakfast is self-serve style in the main building dinning room at anytime. (Always use over the range exhaust fan if cooking and There is absolutely NO stove top cooking Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 5pm-10pm due to food smells and massage suite being in the same building) ALWAYS turn exhaust fan over stove if using stove during allowed hours. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are common areas to the three rooms in the cabin and the cottage on the grounds. The common areas are available for your use until 10pm. Please do not lock doors other than to your own room. As you would be locking out other guests from these common areas. If you have any kind of special need please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Pet owners: Only one small non-shedding pet is allowed. If you have a pet there is a $150 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in if you are bringing the pet. There is a nightly $10 charge for pets. Deposit and nightly fee is due upon check-in. Pets are NEVER to be allowed on beds, sheets, blankets or comforters. Pets are to be picked up after with baggies which are to be deposited in bin for this purpose. Any property damage including but not limited to damage to furniture, soiled carpets, or soiled bed apparel will forfeit security deposit. Owner's pool is not part of the rental agreement. Use at your own risk.Not suitable for children and infantsNo smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Notes

The rooms are on opposite sides of the cabin so noise is never a problem. You may use the kitchen free of charge provided that you completely clean up after yourselves and cooking is limited to one meal per day and we ask that you ALWAYS turn on the exhaust fan over the stove to minimize food smells for other guests. The room does have both a separate entrance and an entrance through the cabin. You may use either or. Pet owners: Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival. Only one small under 15lb nonshedding pet is allowed. There is a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in IF you are approved to bring a small pet. There is a nightly $15 charge for pets. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival your pet will not be allowed to stay. Pets are NEVER allowed on bed, bedding, or furniture. (We DO NOT accept reservations checking in or checking out on Saturday.
