A harmless cat or a harmless small Dog might cross our yard. Pet owners: Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival. Only one small under 15lb nonshedding pet is allowed. There is a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in IF you are approved to bring a small pet. There is a nightly $15 charge for pets. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival your pet will not be allowed to stay. Pets are NEVER allowed on bed, bedding, or furniture. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are common areas to the three rooms in the cabin and the cottage. They are available for your use until 10pm. Please do not lock doors other than to the room you have booked. Locking outside access doors (other than your own room) would be locking out other guests from these common areas. Ac & Electric Fireplace: There is a remote control to operate the heat. The electric fireplace has buttons and a knob to regulate temperature.
