NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Ring cameras are in use outside the property to monitor entry points for security purposes. As we recognize guests right to privacy when in the property we have installed a light switch which allows guests to disable the Ring camera located at the deck entrance. Cameras are designed with privacy in mind during your stay and none are pointed towards inside the home.

In an effort to provide the best possible amenities, we have a company come to service the hot tub on the deck every Monday. In order to not disturb your stay, they will go directly to the hot tub. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let us know and we will ask them to reschedule.
