Enjoy your stay in these brand new homes in a prime location, just minutes away from the Silos at Magnolia and Baylor University. Curated to provide the ideal setting to unwind and create memories, this modern retreat offers fresh interiors, new amenities, and easy access to everything Waco has to offer.

This listing includes both units with each unit consisting of:
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): 1 King Bed with Private Ensuite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 1 Queen Bed

Bathroom 2: Separate full bathroom with its own door, located between Bedrooms 2 and 3
Bathroom 3: Convenient half bathroom on first floor
