In addition to the flat-screen TVs in each room (with free access to Netflix, and Disney+ and Apple Arcade on the living room TV), the living room also has a BlueRay DVD player and a soundbar, easy for you to play your favorite songs from your devices (via Bluetooth).
The gas fireplace has a timer, very easy to turn on/shut off (It is typical in the area for the propane valve to be shut off to the fireplace from April 1 through September 30). The washer/dryer is in the living area, and the kitchen is fully stocked (including a blender). We just have new small appliances including a new Ninja coffee maker and a toaster.
Upstairs is the loft area, complete with wet bar and under-counter refrigerator. There is a new full size football table also great view through the window. The deck upstairs is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the view, or relax on the porch chair and have some beer after a long day.
The loft area has two twin-size sleeper sofas that are long enough to sleep adults (comforters, pillows and linen sheets are provided).
(Note that the loft area has no window shades or curtains; Also provided is a portable crib.)
The hot tub is off the living area in a screened porch, with partial mountain views and rockers for relaxing. The deck wraps onto the rear of the house with more seats and a charcoal grill for your time outside.

There is a security camera on the corner of the porch (above the Snuggle Up sign); it does not cover the area of hot tub/the screened porch or any interior spaces.
Note that the square footage of the cabin is about 1,250. With the two large bathrooms taking up quite some space, the living room and kitchen area are on the small side. It is best for couples and small families (4 adults with 2 younger children).
Also the area in general has very spotty cellular signals. It's recommended that you pre-download the area's map to your GPS/phone. Since the cabin is in a mountain area, once you get off the Parkway, the road becomes narrow and winding, but very typical in the region. We strongly recommend to drive 4x4 wheels during winter season. The last 300 yards or so has a steep uphill and two sharp turns. The first time driving up can be a bit unnerving, but once you get familiar with the road, it should be fine. Also driving down feels much easier.
No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, hot tub, heater, water heater, or other equipment and appliances, or for carpet stains, or for the sighting of insects or other animals. We do not refund due to weather or road conditions or other acts of nature.
iTunes Movies and TV Shows purchases are not included. (You can use the Apple TV to make the purchases, which will be billed to us, and we will need to ask for reimbursement.)
One more thing to mention, ladybugs are very common in this area especially during winter. It is against the law in Tennessee to kill ladybugs. We hire pest control to come over every month and spray the outside. Our cleaner always vacuums after each reservation but it's very difficult to keep 100% free of ladybugs as they are attracted to warmness and always find a way to get indoor. They are harmless though.
We are so happy that you are considering staying in our cabin. We do appreciate all feedback, and please privately let us know of any areas in which we can improve.
