Parking:
Driveway parking only (up to 5 vehicles). Street parking is not available.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 10 people total, including daytime visitors, children, and babies. All guests must be registered before arrival. A signed hospitality agreement and ID verification for the booking guest are also required after booking.
Nature:
You’re in beautiful Prescott — occasional desert critters are possible despite regular pest service.

Getting around is easy from this convenient location—just a short drive to downtown Prescott, grocery stores, coffee shops, and local attractions. While the neighborhood itself is quiet and tucked away, major roads are easily accessible, making day trips and errands a breeze. We recommend having a car to explore the area comfortably, though ride-share services like Uber are also available in town. Parking at the home is simple, with space for multiple vehicles in the private driveway.
