Prescott vacation rentals

This house was perfect for our family! The kitchen/living room space was what attracted us the most and where we spent most of our time in the home. The beds were VERY comfortable! The house was VERY clean! The ammenities were numerous and there was nothing we wanted for while there. From coffee to tea to popcorn to cookware, everything was included. The den was a really cool space to cuddle up and watch shows at night. The record player in there was fun too, nice touch. The location is hard to beat. A few minutes from downtown Prescott but also in a walkable neighborhood with very little traffic. Be sure to hike Aspen Creek trail while staying here... the trailhead is only a few blocks from the house. We saw wildlife almost daily... mule deer, javelina, and more. Very cool since we were so close to town. The house had a lot of trees too and a large back yard to hang out in. Roku TVs in the master, living room, and den gave us all the entertainment options we wanted/needed. There is even a REAL fireplace, although we never had a fire... I liked having the option. Stay here with your family and/or friends, you will love it.

Just a fantastic and beautiful place to stay. The views of the surroundings mountains were awesome to watch the sunset and to wake up to in the mornings and to just sit outside and relax. The apartment is super clean and spacious and well appointed with nice touches and had a beautiful kitchen area too. Kelly and her husband are super friendly and gracious hosts and they mentioned to us a few times that if we did need anything, they are right upstairs ( as this apartment is the basement of their house) and just feel free to ask them. Their place is centrally located and within a couple minutes of the downtown area but also so quiet and secluded at the same time. Just one note of caution.... and this goes to more personal preference for us, but we felt the bed was a bit on the firm side. So for those of you that prefer a softer and more plush mattress, it might be a bit too firm for you. Other than that little caveat, it is a great place to stay and you won't be disappointed and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Prescott at Mirandy’s place. We stayed with our 4 kids and their grandparents and everyone loved it. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, and the beds and couches were so comfortable. The scenery and views from the house are beautiful and peaceful, yet you’re just a short drive from downtown. Mirandy is such a fantastic and responsive host. She really thought of everything and cares about your stay. From the games and coloring books set out for the kids, zoo passes for our stay, a hot cocoa bar, and all the other little touches throughout the home. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This house was even better than we could have hoped. So Many things to entertain and keep everyone. comfortable. It is also a great location close to downtown. They were also very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back someday.

To start with, the location was perfect for us. It was about a 1.5 mile drive to the Courthouse Square but felt like being much father away in the mountains. We had deer wander through the front yard and across the street several times. The house itself is a well-done mix between the original 1930s build, retro furniture and updated bathrooms & kitchen. Due to the original build, there is some fun quirkiness with original wavy glass in the windows, slightly different levels and an occasional hunt for a light switch, (hint, look at the ceiling in the kitchen). All needed amenities were available and seemed mostly brand new. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and had a great time in Prescott. It felt like we experienced three seasons in four days - a couple crisp spring days , a pretty warm "summer" day and one evening/night with a couple inches of snow. We would definitely stay here again!
