The Park House of Prescott Valley - Room #2 - Prescott Valley

A clean, relaxing stay in the parkho/us of Prescott Valley. A Private room in our family home. Glass tables, rough edges, unprotected outlets, toys with small parts are in common areas, Multi-level common area. Your hosts share common areas with guests and due to allergies do not allow animals into the home. AAO Security cameras are in use on the property only on the EXTERIOR of the home. TPT:21334864

Two of our four bedrooms are reserved for guest's use and depending on the booking (one or two rooms) will have a private bathroom or shared with other guests. This is room #2 and includes a Full size bed and a twin air mattress (upon request). The Mountain Valley Park and splash pad are only 1/2 mile away. We live on the property in the master suite with our 5 yr old child.

Guests access the property by entering a secure PIN on the front door's deadbolt. Each room has is own unique key for guest security.

Guests can reach us by the application or email or by knocking on our door. We will give guests their privacy but are open to answer questions or just talk.

$50 Refundable Security Deposit:

Security Deposit will be returned after an on-time, damage-free check out. Late check out will be deducted from the security deposit and/or otherwise charged at a rate of $10 for every 5 mins.

We are located on a cul-de-sac off of Robert Rd. We are a 1/2 mile away from Mountain Valley Park and splash pad. The entertainment district (Harkins Theater, Chili's Restaurant, and Findlay Toyota Center are only 1 mile away. Prescott Gateway mall is 6 miles away. The Prescott Courthouse Square is 9 miles away.
