We wish we could stay longer! In a quiet neighborhood sits this wonderful townhome that offers every amenity you have at home and more. Even our kids didn't want to leave and they are hard to please at times. Meticulously decorated with an attention to detail for comfort, this townhome surpassed our expectations. Our family spent a long weekend in this Scottsdale unit and there was no worry about having nearby entertainment. A very short distance to shopping and an abundance of restaurants, we hit Fashion Square and even took in a few games at Chase Field. And, we had no worry about forgetting to bring something. This townhome had it all! Games for kids of all ages (threw some darts as soon as we parked in the garage), a fully-stocked kitchen, and a nice office space in case you need to knock out some work. And, let's not forget about the rooftop patio! A fantastic place to unwind and relax.

We have been renting homes in the Phoenix area for Spring Training for around 15 years and this was one of the best we have stayed in. The home was very comfortable, including the beds, and the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. Aside from perishable food, the owner stocks this home with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The extra little touches from the owner make it that more inviting. There is a welcome sign, robes in all bedrooms, blankets outside for cool nights, etc. The backyard is absolutely beautiful. We would have loved to use the pool but it is not heated and was too cold while we were there. We did enjoy the fire pit and the outdoor seating area with TV. We enjoy taking morning walks to get coffee and this home is located close to both a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts, which pleased all of us. The owner is very accessible and replies to any requests you have quickly. One of us had misplaced a money clip, with cash, and we were never able to find it. The cleaning crew found it, alerted the owner, who alerted me and is going to ship it back to us. To me, this is a perfect example of the honesty and integrity displayed by the owner and the outside services they use while not at their home. We would highly recommend this rental and will look to stay here again if available next year.

Ginger and Rob's place was all we could have asked for and more. The house itself was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a huge bonus for us as we traveled from Colorado and wanted to have an area to enjoy the warm weather. The location was great-only a few minutes away from downtown Scottsdale and multiple golf courses. To top it all off, Ginger was a phenomenal host. From booking to checking out, she was available to answer any questions and checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. She even had cream and sugar delivered to the house for coffee! The communication was great and you can tell she cares about her guests. We are already looking forward to our next Scottsdale trip and would love to stay at this property again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this charming townhome in Old Town Scottsdale! The decor was super cute and made the place feel cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in Old Town. There’s also a grocery store nearby, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. One of the highlights was the incredible park with a lake just around the corner—perfect for a morning walk or a relaxing afternoon. The townhome itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed: plenty of toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee, trash bags, and so much more. It made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

House is in a great location near old town. The owner is very responsive to your questions and concerns. House is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The outdoor space and pool are a great and relaxing gathering space. The house is well laid out and very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Tempe. The house was spotless, comfortable, and having a pool was such a refreshing bonus in the Arizona heat. It’s located in a great neighborhood, very convenient to campus, which made it the perfect spot while moving our daughter into college. The host was attentive and very responsive, which made the whole process smooth and easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit our daughter.

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay in Phoenix area. The house was amazing. Everything in the house was like new . The patio in the backyard was great for our family to grill out or just sit outside at night and enjoy the cool night air by the gas firepit. We all loved how the patio was able to be lit up. Any questions we had were answered in minutes. Laura even provided us blankets to use to sit on the lawn at our baseball games. (Go Cubs!) We were even able to squeeze the large black van we had into the garage to keep it cool inside since the weather was in the 90's the whole week (awesome). The kids had fun going across the street and jumping in the pool (I even went over and enjoyed the hot tub) and tennis rackets and balls were also provided to play tennis. The cold water and beer provided when we arrived was an unexpected surprise! Fred and Laura were both very friendly and met us after we arrived to walk us through the house and showed us the patio lights and how to operate the grill and firepit. Thank you so much for a wonderful week staying and relaxing week your home! Oh and we were literally minutes from Albertsons (grocery store) and Starbucks (my kids were so excited to find this out)!
