The main level features rustic log-beam ceilings and staircase and a great room with a two-story river rock fireplace. The living room, with a stone fireplace and expansive windows, is perfect for reading or sipping a glass of wine. The large updated kitchen, with brand-new stainless steel appliances, hickory cabinets, and bar seating around a central island, offers plenty of room to gather and socialize while preparing meals. The log-beam family room offers lots of cozy seating and a 65” flatscreen TV over a second river rock fireplace – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or in the pool. Also on the main level is a full bath, large master king suite and an expansive deck with outdoor dining furniture, gas BBQ, and views of the tee boxes of the 3rd hole on the Woodlands Golf Course.

Upstairs includes a huge loft and entertainment area featuring a 60” flatscreen TV complete with a Wii game console, classic table top arcade game console, two futon chairs that convert to single sleepers, and a queen pull-out sofa. A game table for board games, cards and puzzles, and balcony with golf course views and additional seating complete this space. There are four bedrooms upstairs – two king suites; one king bedroom and one bunkroom with two log bunkbeds (four twins total).

To add fun and a unique touch to your stay, each of the bedrooms have been decorated to a theme representing Sunriver’s most popular activities with names to match. Choose from Mogul Manor (king suite), the Bridle Suite (king suite), Caddy Shack (king suite), Caster’s Quarters (king bed) or the Cubs’ Den (double bunk beds).

Included are 12 unlimited SHARC passes that get you into the aquatic center ($25/person/day value), on tennis/pickleball courts ($15/session value), and on the tubing hill ($10/person/day value)!! Bocce ball courts and a basketball court at SHARC are also included in your passes as well as launching watercraft at the marina.

Also included for babies and toddlers are a pack-and-play, highchair, children's books, and videos.

Many sizes of bikes available (check photos) and a ping pong table in the garage are all there to add to the fun!

Less than a 5-10 minute walk away are 9 tennis courts and McDivot's Cafe (serving coffee, lighter lunch and breakfast fare, and beer/wine). A 15 minute walk or short bike ride away is a full service grocery store, gas station, and a church.

Fort Rock Park which has ball fields, cool playground, more tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court is just a short bike ride or 2 minute drive away. Bike trails via golf cart path connect to this property and the rest of the resort trail network. The Village and SHARC (aquatic center) are just a 5 minute drive or 10min bike ride away.

AND Mt. Bachelor is just a 25min drive away with some of the driest powder in the Northwest!

The Sunriver Marina has kayak, canoe, SUP rentals and 2-3hr float trips with return shuttles. Fishing trips through other outfitters are also available here.

Right across the river from the marina are the Sunriver Stables where you can go on hourly trail rides, take riding lessons, or let the little buckaroos from 2-6yrs saddle up at Pony Town and ride.

SHARC (Sunriver Homeowner's Aquatic & Recreation Center) includes a tot pool and sand play area, cafe, picnic area, playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, tubing hill, picnic pavilion, outdoor climbing rocks, and an outdoor amphitheater with summer concerts.
