The spacious living area and large dining table is perfect for family gatherings.

Radiant floor heating keeps your toes warm, and you can use the remote to control the motorized shades - open to take in the outdoors or closed for privacy.

- SHARC waterpark and pool (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center): SHARC is a popular destination for families in Sunriver. We don’t use a management company. We manage it ourselves, and we are always here for you should you need something. We also love to enjoy the best, and we want you to enjoy the best, so we have high end items throughout.

Guest access
- GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home with the exception of the 3rd garage and a few locked cabinets.

- PARKING: Free parking is available for up to (6) vehicles in the driveway. We also have a free EV charger for your convenience.

-RVs & Trailers: Are not allowed to be parked at homes in Sunriver. Sunriver has an short term RV/trailer storage lot available for a small daily fee.

- WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the first bedroom so remote workers can have a quiet space to get work done.

- FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including three Pack ’n Play cribs, a high chair, children’s books and dinnerware, and fireplace guards.

- PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding.

Other things to note
- Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart Lock keypad. A personalized code will be sent to you a couple of days prior to check-in.

- The property has actively recording cameras outside the home to protect the property and your safety. No cameras are inside nor in the hot tub area.

- The property is located in a wooded area. Expect to see wildlife like deer passing by and be exposed to critters & insects.

- Damage Protection: You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $5,000 in "all-risk" accidental damage protection.

Included in your stay is a $65 damage waiver. We offer this in lieu of a security deposit. Although rare, accidental damage sometimes happens. Traditionally this has been managed by a security deposit or damage insurance, both of which are cumbersome and have limits in protection. With all-in damage protection, you can rest easy.
