Direct Oceanfront Condo 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 8
Updated unit, nicely decorated and equipped. New Plank flooring in all bedrooms. The layout has a nice cottage feel when you walk in the door. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen each with large sliding glass doors onto the spacious balcony.
Both bathrooms remodeled in 2025. The master bath has a walk in shower. Kitchen was remodeled in 2020. You have ocean views from the window over the sink and the sliding door to the balcony. Well equipped including; blender, toaster, coffee maker, Kuerig coffee maker, crockpot. Ample supply of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Counter height bar area with 2 stools for casual eating.
Dining area has table for 6 to 8 people.
Living area has sleeper sofa and love seat. 50" flat screen Roku TV. DVD player. Some DVDs and games are provided. WiFi included!
Master bedroom has attached bathroom with jetted tub. King size bed and 32" flat screen TV. Large sliding glass door to oceanfront balcony. Ceiling fan. Wood look Vinyl plank flooring.
For the other 2 bedrooms, one has 2 twin beds and the other a queen size bed. Ceiling fans in both rooms. Wood look Vinyl plank flooring.
Large second bathroom, connects directly to twin bedroom with hall access also.
Washer and dryer.
Being on the second floor there is easy access by stairs as well as elevator.
During peak seasons, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4 PM and Checkout at 10 AM.
Refundable damage deposit is required.
LINENS (sheets and towels) ARE NOT PROVIDED. Linen rental information will be provided upon request.
