Unità aggiornata, ben decorata e attrezzata. Nuovo pavimento in laminato in tutte le camere da letto. La disposizione ha una bella sensazione di cottage quando si entra dalla porta. Goditi la vista sull'oceano dalla camera da letto principale, dal soggiorno e dalla cucina, ognuno con grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro che si affacciano sul balcone spazioso.

Entrambi i bagni ristrutturati nel 2025. Il bagno principale ha una doccia a filo pavimento. La cucina è stata ristrutturata nel 2020. Hai vista sull'oceano dalla finestra sopra il lavello e dalla porta scorrevole verso il balcone. Ben attrezzata, inclusi; frullatore, tostapane, macchina da caffè, macchina da caffè Kuerig, slow cooker. Ampia fornitura di piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole e padelle, e utensili da cucina. Area bar alta con 2 sgabelli per pasti informali.

L'area pranzo ha un tavolo per 6-8 persone.

L'area soggiorno ha un divano letto e un divanetto. TV a schermo piatto Roku da 50". Lettore DVD. Alcuni DVD e giochi sono forniti. WiFi incluso!

La camera da letto principale ha un bagno attaccato con vasca idromassaggio. Letto king size e TV a schermo piatto da 32". Grande porta scorrevole in vetro verso il balcone fronte oceano. Ventilatore a soffitto. Pavimento in laminato effetto legno.

Per le altre 2 camere da letto, una ha 2 letti singoli e l'altra un letto queen size. Ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le stanze. Pavimento in laminato effetto legno.

Ampio secondo bagno, si collega direttamente alla camera con letti singoli con accesso dal corridoio.

About David & Diane White We've vacationed in Cherry Grove for many years and love the location. We take pride in our condo and taken care of our unit adding personal touches. David & Diane White purchased this Condo in 2012 Why David & Diane White chose Cherry Grove Beach Great location with easy walks to the Cherry Grove Pier and Sea Mountain hwy where you have a grocery store, restaurants and much more. We love the cottage layout design of the condo which is different than the typical style condo. Being on the second floor is a plus with easy stair access. The unit is a corner unit with great views. What makes this Condo unique Exceptionally large balcony with plenty of seating. Wonderful ocean views from living area, kitchen, and master bedroom! Walking distance to Sea Mountain Highway with stores, shops and restaurants in one direction and Cherry Grove Pier in the other.
