🏖️ WHY SEASCAPE
Galveston's beach comes in three flavors. The East End and the Seawall have the traffic, the crowds and a four-lane highway between you and the sand. The West End is quiet, but every restaurant and attraction is a long drive back into town. Seascape sits right between them, just past where the Seawall ends: a quiet beach with no road to cross, and Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn under 10 minutes away, the Strand Historic District about 15. A mile down the road is Galveston's Fishing Pier and Jimmy's on the Pier.

🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 4)
King bed in the bedroom, two built-in twin bunk beds in the hallway, queen sofa bed in the living room. There are beds for 6, but at 516 sq ft we cap it at 4 so everyone is comfortable. Best for a couple, two couples, or a family of four: the bunks sit in the hallway, so the kids have their own corner and the bedroom door still closes.

🏘️ NEED A SECOND PLACE?
We have an identical twin condo one floor down - Seascape 2208, same layout, sleeps 5 - if your group needs a separate unit. And for a bigger group, we also have a large beachfront house that sleeps 16 - just ask us about it.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
The whole condo is yours, plus all Seascape resort amenities: private beach bridge, heated pool and kiddie pool, two hot tubs (one adults-only, one for everyone), BBQ and picnic area, gazebos with swings, beach observation deck and shower stations. Parking for one car is included. A second car can be added for an extra fee, only if space is available, at the discretion of the resort guard. Self check-in with a door code, so you can arrive whenever you like after 4 PM.

Good to know: primary guest must be 25+, and every stay includes a quick Short-Term Rental Agreement (DocuSign, 2-3 min on any device, within 48h of booking). No smoking, no pets 🚭. Full refund if the island is placed under a mandatory evacuation order. (Dec 1-Jan 31 the Building 2 elevator is being replaced - stairs to the 3rd floor during that window. Luggage carts are available.)
