Modern and stylish condo in quiet West Beach section of Galveston, just minutes from the Seawall. This condo is perfectly sized for a couple or small family. The newly painted complex offers a sparkling pool, a sun deck, gym, and grill area. Our condo is also Smart Home equipped.

Park in our private garage, enjoy our small oasis on the patio, or challenge your fam to a game of ping pong! We think you’ll find our place a great home away from home.

️ Outside: Our private patio is a small oasis of its own. With seating for 4, enjoy a meal or beverage outdoors or a game night with the family. The patio storage closet also includes a an outdoor fan and heater.

️ Kitchen & Dining: For those who decide to eat in, you have access to a full kitchen that includes pots, pans, utensils, and table settings. We also provide other amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, and toaster.

?️ Living: Bright and airy with a comfortable couch and refreshing ceiling fan for you to chill out after a long day at the beach. Enjoy all the natural light that comes in from the patio doors and living room window during the day. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the 60-inch Smart TV. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed for those who need additional accommodations. Two added ottomans are great for coffee-table conversation.

? Bedroom & Bathroom: King-sized bed, spacious closet and laptop-friendly desk make this master bedroom great for both short and long-term stays. You can also find an attached full-bathroom where we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs, rather a curtain to separate spaces.

? Garage: Private garage parking available. Please note trucks and full size SUVs will not fit — on-site parking is available otherwise. Ping pong table, bike, beach gear, cooler for your private use! *Items in garage are not maintained after each visit; usability is not guaranteed. There is currently only one bike in the garage. Ring Surveillance camera at garage entrance is a audio/video recording device.

Google Home: You’ll find our house manual and pool code on our Home Hub. You can control the thermostat, music, and front door lock.

You will have full access to the condo, patio, and garage. There are two closets in the bedroom, one of which is an owners closet that you will not have access to.

This neighborhood is a hidden gem in Galveston. It's far enough from the crowds, yet close enough to enjoy everything the island has to offer within minutes. A couple of our favorite spots, Sunny Beach and Jimmy's Fishing Pier, are a 3 minute drive from our place. On our same block you will also find a corner store, coffee shop, and restaurant within walking distance or a <2 min bike ride.

Although we use our bikes to get to the beach, we find most guests drive and park. You must cross Seawall Boulevard in order to get to the beach.

By bike:

10 minutes to the beach

17 minutes to Walmart

- Occupant Registration Form & copy of Government IDs required for all guests 18+ by HOA 1 week before check-in. Please do not book if unwilling to provide.

- Our HOA requires a $35 fee for each booking. You will see that in your price total.
