The cottage is located in a family neighborhood, decorated with a sophisticated coastal aesthetic. Sea Suite has 3 bedrooms on one level and is equipped with central AC. Wifi, Sonos, and a Smart TV provide for a comfortable, connected experience. Enjoy the fresh air on our deck or large patio complete with gas grill, fire pit and outdoor shower. Beach lovers are minutes away from many of Rhode Islands beautiful beaches not to mention world-class restaurants, museums, parks, bars, shops, and cafes. There is a wildlife sanctuary nearby and countless places to bike and picnic. This cottage is a great location for you to discover South Kingstown, Narragansett, Block Island--an easy day trip--Newport and Watch Hill. We welcome children but parents must be aware the yard is not fenced and has a fire pit. You are always responsible for your child's safety and behavior. Pack-n-play and high chair available on request.

This is a family neighborhood and we value our relationship with our neighbors. Loud parties are not allowed. This said, entertaining is welcome provided that your visitors are not staying overnight and exceeding the lodging reservation limit of 6.

No smoking allowed

Smoking in the house and on the deck is not allowed. Smoking outdoors is permitted on the patio, lawn, and driveway and must be properly extinguished and disposed of. Please be respectful.

Our house is close to everything fun in South County! Very short drive to beaches, conservancy land, Newport, Watch Hill and Narragansett. An easy day trip to Block Island via the ferry.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Written instructions will be provided before your arrival along with a timed lock code. Please reach out if you need a small amount of flexibility with your check-in or check-out times. We try to accommodate requests but do not assume that arrival/departure changes are allowed without confirmation. Any concerns with the condition of the property, damage, or maintenance issues should be reported immediately.

House Rules

No parties, no smoking in our home or on the deck, no drugs, no fireworks, and no candles. Only registered guests allow to sleep on premises. Guest must adhere to our written policies which will be sent to you electronically with the rental agreement. Your deposit serves as agreement to all policies.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is refund one week after departure provided that all policies have been followed.

Cancellation Policy

Should your plans change, your payment is refundable less a 4% administrative fee. If cancellation is within 15 days prior to arrival, your payment less a 15% administrative fee will apply.
