Get a 'wave' from it all! - Narragansett

Come stay at our beautiful, family friendly summer house, located in lovely Narragansett, RI!

Our home has an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a large, wall-mounted flat screen TV, with access to Netflix and cable. There's also a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs and stereo system with speakers in the living room and on the deck for enjoying some tunes while you unwind after a day in the sun. We also have high speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected while you're away from home.

Fully RENOVATED kitchen! We updated cabinets, added granite countertops, updated each appliance (adding a dishwasher), and replaced the table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities! It has a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and blender. We provide plenty of pots and pans, silverware, various kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and glasses. We also have a lobster pot and lobster crackers for tackling that iconic summer meal! We provide many of the kitchen staples: cooking oils (EVOO and veg), various seasonings, salt and pepper, sugar packets, coffee filters. We also supply dishwasher tablets, dish soap and a fresh sponge, hand soap and paper towels.

Each of our 3 bedrooms has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and large, wall mounted flat screen TV with access to Netflix and local cable channels. The recently renovated bathroom has a full sized tub and houses the washer and dryer. Please note: while we do provide comforters/quilts and pillows for each of the beds, we do not provide linens (sheets and towels) with our rental. We have a package of linens available to rent for an additional fee. If you're interested or have questions, please contact me.

Our house is great for families! It's located close to a neighborhood playground, tennis and basketball courts and a baseball field. We provide kid-friendly games and toys for your use during your stay. We also located close to the BEST beaches for families! We are a short walk or quick drive to Scarborough State Beach, or a short drive to the kid-friendly Roger Wheeler State Beach or Narragansett Town Beach. If you need information about parking prices/season passes for the state beaches, please reach out. Our house has central A/C to keep you cool on those hot summer days and nights!

Also new for 2024 :: a huge PATIO with a fire pit area. The patio has a large table, chairs and a large umbrella for relaxing or eating al fresco. The patio also has a gas BBQ grill for your use; grill tools are available inside. Bring your bluetooth speaker for some tunes and unwind on the patio after a long day of fun in the sun! Sunset Farms, located just down the street, is a great spot to pick up local meats and produce for the grill, as well as firewood for our backyard fire pit. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water; great for washing away the sand from a day at the beach.

Looking for something other than the beach to spend the day? Drop in your kayak, go quahoging or just relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets over Salt Pond, all just down the street, a short walk. The farmer’s market at Fisherman’s Memorial Campground on Sundays is another great resource for local produce, meat, eggs and other handmade local goodies. The Narragansett Pier has an excellent group of shops and restaurants. Nana’s Ice Cream and the all new Celeste (formerly Trio) restaurant are personal favorites!
