Cancellation Policy

If for any reason the renter is unable to make the time period specified, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to rent the house for the time you have reserved. If we are successful in re-renting the house, we will refund the Rental and Cleaning Deposit, less 10%, and Tax. If we are unable to re-rent the house, the renter is still responsible for the entire rental fee, including the Rental Deposit and Balance.
