This oceanside escape is a .2 mile walk to the quiet end of Scarborough Beach! Centrally located, all shopping is 10mins away. Bedrooms upstairs leaves the open floorplan on 1st floor available to reconnect with your loved ones w/o disturbing sleeping guests. Equipped w/ beach day must-haves, outdoor shower, games & much more. BBQ at home or go into town for some chowder and clam cakes! The main level on the first floor has open floor plan with big living room, dining room, kitchen and big half bath which contains the laundry as well.

The sleeping quarters are all on the second floor. Each side has a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a king bed that can be split into two twin beds if you prefer. There are two full bathrooms upstairs on either side that the bedrooms share.

There is an attached full apartment off of the kitchen. This is available for rent only by those who are also renting the main house for an additional fee. It is a perfect space for those guests that want to be on vacation with a group but require a little more space and privacy. It has a full kitchen, sitting area and separate sleeping quarters with in-suite full bath.
