Other things to note:

*We cannot guarantee the weather. NO refunds for stays that are cut short simply due to weather conditions such as cold, winds, and rain in our area. We are a self-sustaining condo. Guests are welcome to use the pools, hot tubs, game room, laundry facility and fitness center at the resort; however, we have no control over those amenities. NO refunds for pool areas or amenities that are closed or under service at time of stay.

*A $150 inconvenience fee will be added if property is still occupied (10am check-out time) when cleaners arrive.

*The Caravelle Resort provides overnight security detail.

*Linens/towels are provided based on the number of guests and days you registered with at time of booking.

*Daily housekeeping is not included.

*You will have access to the whole condo except for the locked owner's closet.

*You MAY use the fitness center, game room, and laundry facilities, plus all the pools and hot tubs, along with the splash area, if you bring children.

*You must be at least 25 to rent our condo.

**Pest control is scheduled once a month. We try and schedule when the unit is vacant, but it is difficult to do during high peak season. We ask that you agree to have them enter the room to spray. It's harmless to people and takes 2 minutes to complete. They will knock first and if no answers then they will enter.**

FAQ's

Q: DO YOU HAVE CLEANING SUPPLIES?
A: Even though our cleaners do a fabulous job, I keep some cleaning supplies under the sink in the kitchen. There are also a dirt devil vacuum, dustpan, and broom.

Q: ARE MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED?
A: Yes, motorcycles are welcome, but you must park in the parking deck across the street at the overflow deck. No trailers.

Q: IS THERE HANDICAP PARKING?
A: Yes, the resort's handicap parking is designated and marked on the first floor. The Caravelle resort also has a handicap chair for the pool.

Q: CAN I REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
A: I try to accommodate those requests, within reason. During the height of the season, that becomes more difficult to accommodate since we are not the only clients our cleaners service and we tend to be on a tighter schedule.

Q: ARE THERE ELEVATORS IN THE BUILDING?
A: The Resort has two sets of elevators. Please keep in mind, elevators may run slow especially during the peak hours of check-in or check-out.

Q: WHERE IS THE INDOOR POOL LOCATED?
A: The indoor pool and hot tub are located on the 7th Floor. Also located on the 7th floor, is the sun deck complete with chairs, loungers, and hammocks.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS OR BEACH TOYS?
A: Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets, as they are not provided.

Q: ARE BATH TOWELS AND LINENS INCLUDED?
A: Yes, both are included. All towels and linens are sent out to be professionally cleaned.

Q: IS PARKING INCLUDED?
A: Yes, parking is free for two cars. Parking passes will be in the room. Make sure you place the pass (white side out) on your car mirror to avoid any tickets or possible tow. Just a note: The main parking deck can be a bit difficult to maneuver through, I would suggest parking in the overflow parking deck across the street from the main building, that deck is less crowded.

Q: DO I HAVE TO CLEAN BEFORE I CHECK OUT?
A: Heck No, you are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care, so it stays nice for others. Although, we do not expect you to clean you will be asked to please empty the garbage, remove the contents of the refrigerator and leave all used towels on the floor.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
A: No, as much as we would love to host your furry friends, currently pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA.

Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY?
A: NO, SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. If we detect signs of smoking in the room, it will result in a minimum $250 charge to remediate the smell of smoke.

Q; ARE THERE KITCHEN UTENSILS?
A: Yes, the kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. We do leave a few garbage bags, 1 sponge, and dishwashing liquid.

You will have access to the whole condo except for the locked closet.

Other things to note
*Please respect other guests by observing the quiet hours from 11pm-8am.
*No smoking or vaping in room or balcony. A $250 fee will be charged if any indication of this violation for remediating the smell of smoke.
*No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
*Do not leave trash in the hallway, there are receptacles on every floor to deposit trash.
*When checking out please return all pool wristbands and parking passes to room.
