About this place

Come to Maine & enjoy the warm lake in summer or the colors of fall! Just 30 min north of Portland & on the best lake in ME. The camp is fully stocked: wifi, roku TV in living room & master, full refrigerator & stove, dish washer, microwave, heat/AC, & washer/dryer.

With nearby Shaker Village & Outlet Beach, you won't find a more relaxing location for a better price! Sheets/towels included.

The space
We also have a sleeping loft - a HUGE hit with the kiddos - that is accessible by ladder and overlooks the living room. There are 2 twin mattresses in it, but or use only with sleeping bags. I have yet to find a cleaner interested in making the beds in the loft! So those are 2 extra twins that we do not include in the bed listings!

We also have a canoe and stand up paddle board for use. All life jackets and paddles included. The boats are tied to our dock just across the street from the camp, to the right.

Guest access
Please note that there is a driveway to the right of the cabin. Turn left just past it & the driveway is just there on the left. There is parking out front as well, but more difficult to bring things in.

Other things to note
We have a strict policy against parties and there are very strict sound ordinances in the town which will result in fines, if violated. If we are fined for disrupting the neighborhood, this will be taken out of the security deposit. Any rules of the house which are not followed will also result in loss of deposit, including smoking.

* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (VAPE, ETC) ON OR IN ANY OF THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME
* SMALL FIRES ARE PERMITTED IN THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT, BUT MUST BE KEPT CONTAINED WITHIN THE BRICKS AND SAFELY MONITORED AND EXTINGUISHED FULLY.
* NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS BEYOND THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT OR YOU WILL FORFIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ENTIRELY. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN OR GUESTS FOR PARTIAL STAY. (just let us know and we will negotiate a small fee for additional guests)
* NO GREASE OF ANY KIND DOWN THE DRAINS
* NOTHING FLUSHED IN THE TOILET BESIDES TOILET PAPER
* PLEASE TRY TO KEEP COUNTER AT THE SINK AS DRY AS POSSIBLE
* PLEASE SORT TRASH IN BIN UNDER SINK, RECYCLING IN PULL OUT TO THE RIGHT OF SINK, AND REDEEMABLE BOTTLES & CANS IN SEPARATE BIN
