This house will be plenty for a large family or multiple families! With 5 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Full beds) and a finished basement with a twin daybed and another Full bed, we can accommodate your big family! (extra fees for over 10 people) Tucked away in an association neighborhood with playground & beachfront, private (only for the house) in-ground pool, central AC, & open floor plan for dining indoors or out. Many restaurants & things to do in Bristol, Newport 20 minutes south/Providence 20 minutes north! See the July 4th parade, carnival, outdoor concerts, museums and gardens.

Our quiet neighborhood with beach 2 blocks away & playground right across the street + our house with its private pool (not shared with the neighborhood) = the best of both worlds!

The whole house and pool are all yours. And the neighborhood shared park, playground and beach are just for the small neighborhood.
