Thoughtfully furnished and filled with natural light, these rooms offer a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring or unwinding at the property.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of having their own space to refresh and recharge, complete with soft linens, plush towels, and all the essentials for a restful stay.

Entire home, except for the garage and a mini storage room by the garage.Access to the front and backyard of the property. No guest access beyond the back fence of the property.

The booking amount is for up to 12 guests. An additional amount of $35 per person per night will be added for groups of 14 or more. Additional fees will apply for groups of 14 guests. Please list the number of guests on the reservation. If you have any changes to the number of guests, please don't hesitate to contact me for pre-approval. Infants who are not walking yet do not count towards guest numbers.

House Rules & Neighborhood Guidelines

*Guest Identity Verification

For insurance and security purposes, the guest whose name appears on the reservation is required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. This includes providing a valid, government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. No other guests are required to submit ID.

The ID must be submitted via email to [Removed] or through the message app on the booking platform no later than 24 hours before check-in. Failure to provide a matching ID may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, at the host’s discretion.

Please note that gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted without prior approval. We do have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property for your safety and ours.

*Quiet Hours

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect our community by observing quiet hours after 10 PM. Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal from the property.

*Commercial Use & Filming Policy

We welcome guests who are interested in using the property for commercial photography or filming. However, all commercial use must be approved in advance and is subject to different terms and pricing.

Nightly rates for commercial use will vary based on the scope of the project. A signed agreement and an upfront security deposit are required before check-in.

*Smoke-Free Property

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property fresh, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

*Decoration Guidelines

Please be careful when decorating for gatherings. To avoid damage, refrain from using thumbtacks, nails, or tape that could harm the walls. Any damages, such as holes, chipped paint, or missing paint, will result in a fine, and you will be held liable for the repair costs.

No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on the property. Violating this rule will incur a fine and an additional cleaning fee.

*Furniture Rearrangment

For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from rearranging or moving any furniture. If any furniture is moved or altered, a fee may apply.

*Outdoor Grill & Griddle Guidelines

Please ensure that the outdoor grill and kitchen griddle are cleaned immediately after each use. This helps keep the equipment in good condition for future guests.

*No Pets Allowed

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the home. Please make alternate arrangements for your pets during your stay.

*Pond Safety Rules

Please note that there is no fence around the pond area, and the water is very deep with a steep drop-off. For your safety, swimming is not allowed. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while near the pond, and we advise caution as snakes may be present in the area.
