We are located just outside the city limits yet only 1.5m to dwntwn. We are a half mile from the High School, the Washington County Fairgrounds and 2 miles to Blinn College and Blue Bell Creameries. We are less than 2 miles away from several parks and Sports Complexes and 20 min to Round Top Antique Fest and Washington on the Brazos. Our family home sits on 50+beautiful acres. You’ll experience unmatched peace and quiet, along with complete serenity in this home.

You’ll love the convenience of a full size washer and dryer along with laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. A full size ironing board and iron are also located in the laundry area.

Are you an outdoorsman?

Exult in nature as you gaze out across the colorful open pastures or enjoy a relaxing walk around our secluded nature trail or get your steps in by paddling around the pond on the paddle boat or cast a line in our catch & release bass and blue gill fishing pond (poles and artificial bait provided). Relax on rattan chairs or rocking chairs on the covered front porch. Indulge with your favorite beverage by the chimenea or firepit using host-provided firewood. Weiner roasts and smores are a must with bamboo sticks provided. Cook on the charcoal provided grill and dine al fresco under the soothing and shady oak trees.

The kids will love the swings and the outdoor games as well as the many games and toys inside the home and ping pong, foosball with lift top to expose mini pool table and a putting green in the air conditioned garage.

In to fitness? Our home gym in the garage, provides a pull-up bar, an elliptical, an exercise bike and various sizes of dumbbells as well as yoga mats.
