Renovated Victorian Cottage near Downtown and Park - Chico

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our charming cottage in center of it all: Downtown, CSU, Farmers Market, Bidwell Park. We have cruiser bikes for our guests to use, as well as the usual amenities to make your trip easy and fun.

Front and Rear yards are fenced and front porch is set up for relaxing. Ceiling fans in every room and mature trees keep the house cool. The bedrooms have window a/c units. We've painted everything and installed new carpeting, curtains, and furniture. The Queen beds are brand new, with 1000 thread count sheets. The kitchen has a coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher and all the essentials (even dog bowls and a dog bed!). Just outside is a chef's garden with cherry tomatoes, peppers, chives, sage, oregano, basil and more depending on the time of year.

All the main floor is open to guests. No one else will be on the property. The loft space and basement are closed for guest safety.

Lovely residential area with easy access to Hwy 99 and Downtown. Plenty of free parking on the street. Great coffee shops, Shubert's Ice Cream, and Tin Roof Bakery are just a few blocks walk (or ride).

Security deposit of $500. The City of Chico has a TOT tax of 10%. AirBnB should show this as an extra charge on the booking. We have a $50/stay pet fee to cover extra cleaning time also. All animals must be pre-approved.
