Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You must download the OpenPath app to your mobile device as this gives you access to the building, amenities, and parking garage. You must provide your email address to have the email forwarded to you to activate the app. In the email, you will scroll to the bottom and hit SET UP PHONE and your app will be available. The lock code will be given to you the day before your arrival.

House Rules

Very important:

Absolutely no smoking, parties, use of illegal substances, or loud music.

There is an early check in fee for a flat rate of $50.00. *Early check in can be no more than 2 hours early to ensure the cleaner is completed and have your space comfortable and ready for your arrival and is based on availability.

Check out has a 15 minute grace period. Anytime after that will incur an additional day rate. There will be no exceptions.

The amenities are accessible for all guests to use and may be accessed by using your OpenPath app. The Fitness Center and Community Lounge are open 24 hours. The pool is available from 9:00 am - 9::00 pm. NO POOL PARTIES ARE ALLOWED!!

We really appreciate our guests returning towels when using them by the pool. We ask the you remember to bring towels back in and place them in the laundry bin in the restroom. (There are complimentary pods provided in the cabinet above the washer should you need to do laundry.)

No sleeping on the sofa. An air mattress is available in the closet.

We ask that you promptly take out the trash and not let the trash overflow. Trash chute is straight down the hall when you take a left out of the condo. It's across from the elevator.

Please remember to turn off the AC unit when you check out.

Remove linens from the bed.

All payments are due at the time of booking.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
