EARLY CHECK IN:

Please ask if early check in is available at least 24 hours prior to your check in. It is subject to availability and an early check in fee of $50 and no sooner than 2 hours prior to scheduled check in.

MAIL DELIVERY:

Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. If you need access to mail during your stay, it is recommended that you obtain a UPS or local PO Box.

HOUSEKEEPING:

If staying 14 days or longer and you wish to have housekeeping services once a week, it is available for a fee of $125 per cleaning.

TRASH PICK UP:

Valet trash pick up times are Sunday - Thursday. Trash bin must be placed outside between 5pm-7pm. Trash bag must be tied and have no leaks or rips in the bag and be inside of the trash bin, otherwise trash will have to be taken to the dumpster in the parking lot. Trash bin must be back inside by 9am the following morning or a $75 fee will be assessed.
