Just a hop, skip, and a jump (10-20 minutes) from Houston's hottest spots, this here fully renovated home is fixin' to give you all the fun and entertainment you could shake a stick at! Whether you're hankerin' for some big city excitement or need a peaceful respite near the Houston Medical Center, this place is your home away from the ranch.

We're talkin' outdoor dining under the stars, yard games galore, a cracklin' fire pit for those cool Texas evenings, TVs in every room so you don't miss a single play, and board games for some good ol' fashioned family fun. We've got a king-size bed in the master suite that'll make you feel like royalty, two queen beds for the cowgirls, and a bunk bed with a trundle for the little wranglers. Plus, every room's got its own smart TV! Two full, modern bathrooms mean no waitin' in line for your turn at the trough.

Our chef's kitchen is a beaut, with modern appliances and plenty of room to whip up some grub. The living room is mighty comfortable, with plenty of seating and a big smart TV for movie nights. And the dining room? Perfect for gatherin' 'round and sharin' stories.

But the real magic happens out back. String lights, a turf seating area, a gravel fire pit – it's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of ropin' and ridin'.

This here's a quiet neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise down between 11 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events allowed. Security features, like smart locks and cameras, are in place for your safety.

House Rules (Listen Up!):

3. Tell us about any extra guests.

4. Small pets welcome (with prior approval and cleanup).

5. Be a good neighbor.

6. No smokin' inside.

7. No charcoal in the grill.

8. Close the propane tanks.

12. Check-out is at 10 AM (late fees of $50 every 30 minutes apply).
