Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to the major roads which makes it easy getting around. Safe area. Bike trail is a great incentive. The canal is just few blocks away.

Very accessible to the public transportation, including Sunrunner Downtown-Beach bus. Bike trail. Car recommended
