I'm Florida resident who can't get enough of the beach! I purchased the house in St Pete when I was living in Maryland and this connection drew me to move South to the Sunshine State. I'm accessible to renters to help with any concerns during your stay and regular communication as needed. While I'm not always onsite, I have a network of people to assist in case of emergency or maintenance issues that may arise. I primarily use electronic locks for guests to check in and out, which provide convenience and ease of check-in. I use every free moment to enjoy paradise life in St Pete Beach. I love to walk the beach, swim, bike, kayak and many other outdoor activities that the beach has to offer. I enjoy drinking wine while watching the sunset in paradise!
