Step outside to the open-air balcony walkway, where you can enjoy colorful Gulf sunsets and ocean breezes. While the exterior balcony is shared with friendly neighbors, guests consistently comment on the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the building.The bedroom is warm and inviting, featuring a comfortable queen bed and calming coastal decor. The living space includes a hidden memory-foam Murphy bed that folds away easily, keeping the layout open and airy during the day.The fully stocked kitchen makes quiet dinners in easy — or stroll to nearby beach cafés for a casual date night.We believe in transparency: the downstairs portion of the building is currently undergoing finishing repairs following Hurricane Helene. Major structural work has been completed, and updates are limited to interior improvements. Our unit was not affected and remains fully safe and comfortable for guests.Sunset Beach is known for its laid-back charm and incredible evening skies — ideal for romantic getaways or relaxing beach escapes.We’d love to host your next Treasure Island Funshine Getaway.

Sunset Beach is a quiet neighborhood at the southern tip of Treasure Island. Enjoy local favorites like Caddy’s restaurant and bar, and Ka’Tiki for live music and drinks. Publix grocery store and 7-11 are just a short drive away.

If you are interested in a stay longer than 28 days please send me a note prior to booking, there may be discounts based on your length of stay.
Guests must sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their ID and pay either leave a deposit or pay a non-refundable damage waiver prior to receiving their door code.
One parking pass is supplied. It must be kept in the car at all times. The condo complex will tow cars that do not have the parking pass clearly displayed.Please return the parking pass when you check out. There is a $150 fee to replace the pass.
