Guests should be comfortable climbing one flight of stairs.</li><li>🌊 Hurricane Helene disclosure: The downstairs portion of the building is currently undergoing finishing repairs following Hurricane Helene. Major structural work has been completed and updates are limited to interior improvements. Our unit was not affected and remains fully safe and comfortable for guests.&nbsp; Estimated completion early summer 2026.</li><li>🚫 Pool: The building pool was lost to Hurricane Helene and has not yet been rebuilt. Sunset Beach is just across the street — the Gulf is your pool! 🌊</li><li>📅 Extended stays: Interested in 28+ days?
