Outdoor Space:

Private Garage space and small patio on the ground floor is private to the unit and open for guest use.

Guests have full access to the condo and garage, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. While the owner resides near Boston, assistance can be provided through a local team for any in-house needs.

There is a small owners closet that will remain locked but otherwise guests are welcome to use everything in the condo.
